OE motors are not produced any long. The available reproduction motors are not as strong and have issues with longevity, typically failing in 6 months to a year. Rebuilt motors have similar issues, many times they are just cleaned up and sold as rebuilt, failing soon after installation.
If your original wiring is in good condition, the relay packs will plug in to OE harness and mount the relays inside the door.
